OMMAVIY OFERTA SHARTNOMASI

1. Umumiy qoidalar

1.1. Ushbu Ommaviy oferta (keyingi o‘rinlarda — “Oferta”) “ALFA CERAMICS” MCHJ (keyingi o‘rinlarda — “Sotuvchi”) tomonidan jismoniy va yuridik shaxslarga (keyingi o‘rinlarda — “Xaridor”) internet do‘kon orqali tovarlarni sotish bo‘yicha taklif hisoblanadi.                                                                                                            

1.2. Ushbu Ofertani qabul qilish (aksept) Xaridor tomonidan sayt orqali buyurtma berish va/yoki to‘lovni amalga oshirish orqali tasdiqlanadi.

1.3. Oferta O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Fuqarolik kodeksiga muvofiq tuzilgan bo‘lib, shartnoma kuchiga ega.

2. Atamalar va ta’riflar

2.1. Internet-do‘kon — Sotuvchiga tegishli bo‘lgan veb-saytga muvofiq tuzilgan                                                             

2.2. Tovar — Sotuvchi tomonidan sotiladigan mahsulotlar.                                                                                               

2.3. Buyurtma — Xaridor tomonidan saytda tanlangan tovarlar ro‘yxati.

3. Shartnoma predmeti

3.1. Sotuvchi Xaridorga tovarni yetkazib berish majburiyatini oladi, Xaridor esa to‘lovni amalga oshiradi.

3.2. Tovarlarning asosiy xususiyatlari sayt orqali ko‘rsatiladi.

4. Buyurtma berish tartibi

4.1. Xaridor saytda ro‘yxatdan o‘tib buyurtma berishi mumkin.

4.2. Buyurtma quyidagi ma’lumotlar asosida rasmiylashtiriladi:

 • F.I.Sh.

 • Telefon raqami

 • Yetkazib berish manzili

5. Narx va to‘lov tartibi

5.1. Tovar narxlari saytda ko‘rsatiladi va milliy valyutada belgilanadi.

5.2. To‘lov quyidagi usullarda amalga oshiriladi:

 • Bank kartalari orqali

 • Naqd pul orqali (yetkazib berishda)

5.3. To‘lov amalga oshirilgandan so‘ng buyurtma tasdiqlangan hisoblanadi.

6. Yetkazib berish shartlari

6.1. Yetkazib berish muddati va narxi sayt orqali yoki operator tomonidan ma’lum qilinadi.

6.2. Yetkazib berish xizmatlari uchinchi tomon orqali amalga oshirilishi mumkin.

6.3. Tovar topshirilgandan so‘ng javobgarlik Xaridorga o‘tadi.

7. Tovarni qaytarish va almashtirish

7.1. Xaridor qonunchilikka muvofiq tovarni qaytarish huquqiga ega.

7.2. Qaytarish quyidagi hollarda amalga oshiriladi:

 • Tovar nuqsonli bo‘lsa

 • Tavsifga mos kelmasa

7.3. Qaytarish muddati: 30 kun.

8. Tomonlarning javobgarligi

8.1. Tomonlar majburiyatlarni bajarmagan taqdirda qonunchilikka muvofiq javobgar bo‘ladi.

8.2. Sotuvchi sayt ishlashidagi texnik nosozliklar uchun vaqtinchalik javob bermasligi mumkin.

9. Maxfiylik

9.1. Xaridorning shaxsiy ma’lumotlari faqat buyurtmani bajarish maqsadida ishlatiladi.

9.2. Sotuvchi ma’lumotlarni uchinchi shaxslarga bermaydi (qonunchilikda nazarda tutilgan hollardan tashqari).

10. Yakuniy qoidalar

10.1. Ushbu oferta muddatsiz amal qiladi.

10.2. Sotuvchi ofertani bir tomonlama o‘zgartirish huquqiga ega.

10.3. Nizolar muzokara yo‘li bilan hal qilinadi, hal etilmasa sud orqali ko‘rib chiqiladi.

ДОГОВОР ПУБЛИЧНОЙ ОФЕРТЫ

1. Общие положения

1.1. Настоящая Публичная оферта (далее — "Оферта") является предложением ООО "ALFA CERAMICS" (далее — "Продавец") по реализации товаров физическим и юридическим лицам (далее — "Покупатель") через интернет-магазин. 1.2. Принятие (акцепт) настоящей Оферты подтверждается Покупателем путем размещения заказа и/или оплаты через сайт. 1.3. Оферта составлена в соответствии с Гражданским кодексом Республики Узбекистан и имеет силу договора.

2. Термины и определения

2.1. Интернет-магазин — созданный в соответствии с веб-сайтом, принадлежащим Продавцу 2.2. Товар — товары, реализуемые Продавцом. 2.3. Заказ - список товаров, выбранных Покупателем на сайте.

3. Предмет договора

3.1. Продавец обязуется доставить Покупателю товар, а Покупатель осуществляет оплату.

3.2. Основные характеристики товаров указываются через сайт.

4. Порядок подачи заказа

4.1. Покупатель может оформить заказ, зарегистрировавшись на сайте.

4.2. Заказ оформляется на основании следующих сведений:

• Ф.И.О.

• Номер телефона

• Адрес доставки

5. Цена и порядок оплаты

5.1. Цены на товар указываются на сайте и устанавливаются в национальной валюте.

5.2. Оплата производится следующими способами:

• Через банковские карты

• Наличными (при доставке)

5.3. После осуществления оплаты заказ считается подтвержденным.

6. Условия поставки

6.1. Сроки и стоимость доставки сообщаются через сайт или оператором.

6.2. Услуги доставки могут осуществляться через третью сторону.

6.3. После передачи Товара ответственность переходит к Покупателю.

7. Возврат и обмен товара

7.1. Покупатель имеет право на возврат товара в соответствии с законодательством.

7.2. Возврат осуществляется в следующих случаях:

• Если товар имеет дефекты

• Не соответствует описанию

7.3. Срок возврата: 30 дней.

8. Ответственность сторон

8.1. В случае неисполнения обязательств Стороны несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством.

8.2. Продавец может временно не нести ответственности за технические неполадки в работе сайта.

9. Конфиденциальность

9.1. Персональные данные Покупателя используются исключительно в целях выполнения заказа.

9.2. Продавец не передает информацию третьим лицам (за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательством).

10. Заключительные положения

10.1. Настоящая оферта действует бессрочно.

10.2. Продавец имеет право в одностороннем порядке изменить оферту.

10.3. Споры разрешаются путем переговоров, а при их неразрешении - в судебном порядке.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an offer by "ALFA CERAMICS" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to sell goods to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") through an online store.                                                                                                         1.2. Acceptance (acceptance) of this Offer is confirmed by the Buyer by placing an order through the website and/or making a payment.                                                                                                                                     1.3. The offer is drawn up in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and has the force of a contract.

2. Terms and definitions

2.1. Online Store - Created in accordance with the website owned by the Seller                                                         2.2. Goods — Products sold by the Seller.                                                                                                                            2.3. Order - A list of products selected by the Buyer on the website.

3. Subject of the contract

3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall make the payment.

4. Order procedure

4.1. The Buyer can place an order by registering on the website.

4.2. The application is processed based on the following information:

• Full Name

• Phone number

• Shipping address

5. Price and payment procedure

5.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the website and are set in the national currency.

5.2. Payment is made in the following ways:

• Via bank cards

• Cash on delivery

5.3. After payment is made, the order is considered confirmed.

6. Delivery Terms

6.2. Delivery services may be carried out through a third party.

6.3. After the transfer of the Goods, responsibility passes to the Buyer.

7. Return and exchange of goods

8. Liability of the parties

9.2. Selder does not transfer information to third parties (except for cases provided for by law).

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This offer is valid indefinitely.

10.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the offer.

10.3. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if they are not resolved, through judicial proceedings.
